We are currently shipping with FedEx Home & USPS Priority Mail. We evaluate each order to select the fastest delivery method. We want to ensure that our Friends will get their orders in a timely manner and can track them in route.
Please Note: If you live in Northern CA, OR, WA, HI or AK we will use USPS as their shipping times to these areas are much faster.
If your have a preferred shipping company, please let us know.
If you require expedited shipping please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements to do so.
We can not accept cancellations after a package has been shipped. If you would like to cancel prior to shipment, please let us know and we will be happy to issue a refund.
We provide tracking numbers for all orders. The delivery dates specified with the tracking number is an “Estimated Date” of arrival and not a guarantee. We highly recommend that you check on the status daily so you are aware of when your order is “Out for Delivery” with FedEx or USPS.
If you are not home during a delivery, FedEx or USPS will leave the package at your door, or other secure location, if the driver believes it is safe and reasonable to do so. If the package is damaged, lost, stolen or neglected to be brought in from the outside, we will not be able to issue a refund of the product.
We bake all order fresh once they have been received.
